In April we talked a bit about snoring apps, and the response has been amazing! Snorers (or just people who want to improve the quality of their sleep) have been contacting us regarding their own favorite sleep apps and what they love so much about them.

In that spirit, here’s our redux, with three MORE great apps for a good night.

1. Quit Snoring (8.3)

Cost: $4.99

Description: Previously “Snoring U,” Quit Snoring showed high sensitivity and accuracy when compared with laboratory assessments. Track medical interventions as well as the snoring itself to detect issues and to snore less. When you wake up in the morning, a Summary screen shows you how often you snored, how long you slept and other important information, including in graph form for a snapshot of your night. You can even email the data to your physician right from your phone.

Features:

Synchronize all your session data with your Mac/PC by downloading our new associated statistics software SU Master

Intelligent graph allow quick zooming, panning and listening to the sleep session

Upload full sleep session data to your PC/Mac

Records and plays back the entire sleep session

Sophisticated algorithm to “nudge” a snorer

Nudges to help you stop snoring

Email from app

Continues to work when device is in sleep mode

Delayed start of monitoring

History feature lets you review several sleep sessions

Ability to add user notes to the sleep session

Ability to add drop pins into the graph, including a note

2. SnoreClock

Cost: Free

Description: SnoreClock watchdogs not only your sleep but your partner’s! Records all external noises. Gathers data during the night and delivers a report in the morning of how you slept and whether (and how often) you snored.

Features:

Records all the noise while you are sleeping

Outstanding snore detection technology

Shows red bars where you most likely snore

Check the effectiveness of snoring remedies

Measure the volume of the entire recording and shows it on the chart

Recording time up to 11 hours

Use gestures in the graph to zoom or to move

Runs in background mode

3. Sleep Time
